My client a leading commodity and financial futures brokers is seeking to hire a senior compliance officer acting as number 2 within the department.
The role will include but not be limited to:
· Organised monitoring of trading desks to ensure their compliance with the exchange and the FSA
· Routine reviews and suitability checks on potential clients
· Undertaking ad-hoc projects
The key skills required of the role :
· Educated to degree level
· 3 years compliance experience at middle level in a futures and options*brokerage environment.
· Knowledge of trade monitoring (trading desk or floor)
· Knowledge of exchange rules
The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently under pressure, have the ability to speak at meetings and give presentations
